Renowned lawyer-cum-political commentator Steve Ogolla now says that world marathon champion Eliud Kipchoge is fit to vie for the presidency.
He says Kipchoge exhibits many qualities for an able leader.
''ELIUD KIPCHOGE is fit for the Presidency. He is prudent and parsimonious, has the right temperament &judgement, demeanour &character, experience &resilience. He inspires national renewal &enjoys international legitimacy. He is capable of improving faith in Gov't. He is unlimited,'' said the lawyer.
His sentiments come just a day after Kipchoge ran a 42 KM marathon in less than two hours in Vienna, Austria.
The much-anticipated race attracted the attention of the whole world.
He ran the race in 1:59:40 to become the first man in history to ran the marathon in less than two hours.
