Sudi came out guns blazing after the Kibra by-election early this month, accusing a section of ODM leaders of unleashing violence on him.

The second term MP blamed Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati of allegedly inciting rowdy youths to evict him.

During the mini poll, he supported McDonald Mariga of Jubilee.

However, on Wednesday, Sudi pledged to support Okoth for the purpose of achieving the mandate of Parliament.

"Welcome to the National Assembly my brother Hon. Imran Okoth. I am looking forward to working with you closely as we deliver our mandate in the 12th parliament," he said.

The meeting comes just a day after Arati also reconciled with Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa after a fallout over the Kibra by-election.

Arati told the media the Kibra standoff was blown out of proportion, adding that 'it was a slight matter'.

“We have been buddies for a long time and he (Didmus) knows that what happened was politics and didn’t take it seriously,” said Arati.

He claimed Barasa himself was surprised that some of his colleagues were calling for his arrest over the small matter.

“The issue was blown out of proportion by some politicians who have been cornered and are trying to drag me into anything that goes wrong for them,” he said.
