Speaking on Wednesday, the commentator also predicted doom for Uhuru with regards to his much-desired legacy, blaming it on some of his Cabinet Secretaries.

He stressed on the need for the Head of State to push out a section of his ministers whom he termed as 'incompetent' and replace them with performers if he is to deliver.

He listed five ministers, among them National Treasury CS Henry Rotich and his health counterpart Sicily Kariuki whom he observed have been unable to deliver.

"Rotich doesn't understand what is going on, he only knows about borrowing and does not know businesses are closing down. Sicily Kariuki is also just there," he added.

Speaking on KBC English Service's The Big Conversation, he proposed a sack of Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri, Amina Mohammed (Sports) and Najib Balala (Tourism) too.

"People like Balala, our rhinos are dying and they are daring us, Amina had been out to work but we are seeing nothing. At the same time, people are starving and Kiunjuri is just talking," he added.

The High Court advocate said that the team will deny Uhuru the legacy he seeks to leave behind and must make a tactical change if he is still interested in leaving a mark.

"The president has some very incompetent people in his government. Some are just ignorant," he added.

Amina's mentioning comes a day after Kenyan national males soccer team Harambee Stars was kicked out of the ongoing Afcon matches in Egypt after a 3-0 loss to Senegal.
