Over 20 ODM Party aspirants from Kibra constituency have declared their interest in the forthcoming by election.
The aspirants met on Sunday at Kamukunji grounds in Kibra to discuss the way forward before the exercise.
During the meeting, residents of the constituency warned outsiders against going for the seat.
The contestants from the area said that the outsiders do not understand the problems the residents have been facing and they are not able to solve them even if they are given the chance to do so.
The seat fell vacant following the demise of MP Ken Okoth. The group has vowed to eject the outsiders who are likely to think about going for the post when that time comes.
