A 35-year-old man has been jailed for defecating in a bathroom in Kangundo, Machakos County.
John Munyao was issued six months jail term by Kangundo Law Courts for easing himself inside a bathroom used by his fellow tenants.
Munyao appeared before senior principal magistrate Desderious Orimba on Monday, where he pleaded guilty to the charges leveled against him.
According to the prosecution, the accused has been discharging the obnoxious act between December last year and March this year.
A behavior that led to massive vacation by tenants from the rentals which angered the landlord who took action and reported the matter to police.
In the same court Faith Nzula and Joseph Kawinzi were charged with peddling bhang contrary to the law.
The duo was arrested at Malaa in Matungulu Sub County of Machakos County late last week with eight kilograms of bhang.
The two pleaded guilty to the charges, their case will be ruled on March,13.
This is after the court ordered for the motorbike used by the duo in peddling bhang to be produced before the court on Tuesday.
