Ayoo has been out since her impeachment in November, over claims of incompetence, after which she was replaced by her deputy Evans Marieba in an acting capacity.

Wanga argued that the fact that she has managed to acquire court orders to go back shows its time she stormed back as its clear that she is the rightful speaker acknowledged by the law.

Wanga who was speaking at a burial in Wangwe village in Rachuonyo Constituency advised Ayoo to emulate Nairobi Speaker Beatrice Elachi who recaptured her seat last week.

“Ayoo is the speaker recognised by the court. I tell her to gather courage and resume her duties at the county assembly as Elachi did,” she said as quoted by the Standard on Monday.

She also urged the county MCAs, who have locked Ayoo out, to obey court orders and allows her back, arguing that they have no reasons for their actions.

She spoke in the presence of Ayoo who vowed to take the advise, saying that she will be soon heading back to the house to take charge.

“I am still the county assembly speaker. I am soon going back to start discharging my duties officially,” she said.
