Duale, also the Garissa Township MP Aden Duale while hitting out at ODM boss Raila Odinga on Monday asked Uhuru to stay focused on the Big Four agenda amind a divisive debate on BBI.

The pro- Uhuru and Raila political camp has been rooting for a referendum to implement the BBI report.

However, another allied to the Deputy President William Ruto is keen to have the report debated in Parliament.

While accusing the former Prime Minister's party of being " obsessed with the referendum", the Garissa Township legislator said that ODM is putting the country in election mood.

"The BBI report was out last week and even before its contents sink in us, the brigades of the former Prime Minister, Hon Raila Odinga are out singing BBI on one hand and referendum on the other."

His post adds: "In fact were you a foreigner in this country you would likely believe from watching local news that either we were so near an election year or we sleep referendum and wake up the referendum."

He asked the President to focus on his Big Four agenda saying that the country will judge Jubilee government harshly if it will not deliver on its campaign pledges.

"Tufanye nini sasa? We must not lose focus. The President must keep his eyes on Kenyans. The President must keep his eyes on the vision that he had for the people of Kenya as he took office for this term," he added.
