Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i has been asked to learn how to manage his anger by a Kisii politician.
Isaac Motari, a Jubilee Party allied politician in Kisii county argued that Matiang'i's 'Oboochi' remark which he made during the burial of Mogeni Tea Factory proprietor, the late Stephen Ongenyo on Sunday showed how angry he was.
"Matiang'i's 'Oboochi' remark shows how angry he is to issues which do not go on his way," said Motari at Nyankoba village on Monday.
He said that for him to survive in politics should he join in the future, he should learn to control his anger.
"For Matiang'i to be a successful politician if, at all he may at one point join politics, he should first learn to control his anger especially when in the public functions," said Motari.
Motari who doubles up as Kisii County Jubilee Party Youth Secretary-General maintained that leaders irrespective of their positions should respect one another while discharging their duties.
"Leaders need to lead by example by embracing respect. I do not support Matiang'i's remark which he made in public after Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot claimed that Matiang'i and DP Ruto held a meeting. I urge leaders to learn how to accommodate one another so that the electorate can follow the footsteps," he added.
