Controversial Kiss100 radio presenter Andrew Kibe has told Diamond to go for 'vasectomy' as the best measure to check the rate at which he is siring babies.

Vasectomy is a surgical procedure for male sterilization or permanent contraception.

During Monday morning show at Kiss100, Kibe told the Bongo star that; "bro, one word for you, vasectomy".

Diamond, a father of three known kids, is also expecting another baby with Kenyan media personality Tanasha Donna.

He is also said to have fathered another baby in Tanzanian with another woman who has never been to the limelight.

In one of his interviews, the singer confirmed he sired a baby with a woman from Mwanza.

"So far I have three kids though they are supposed to be four. I got the fourth baby in Mwanza, its mother denied me a chance to meet the baby (So far nina watoto watatu ijapokuwa ninaweza kuwa na watoto wanne kwa sababi nina mtoto wangu wa nne kule Mwanza mamake hakunipanga)," he had confirmed.

This means Diamond has kids with three different women from all the three East African countries, that is, in Uganda where he has two kids with socialite Zari Hassan, Tanzania where he has one kid with actress cum singer Hamisa Mobetto and in Kenya where he is expecting a baby boy with Tanasha.
