Kenyan actress Catherine Kamau popularly known as Celina has disclosed that she is pregnant.
In a long Instagram post, Celina said that she is excited about becoming a mother for the second time.
She disclosed that she and her husband Philip Karanja who is also an actor had initially decided to keep the pregnancy a secret but later decided to make the news public.
"The cat or rather the baby is out of the bag! We are over the moon. We really wanted to keep this to ourself but then again I remembered the many women on my timeline, hopeful mums to be, rainbow mums, career women trying to decide between family and your goals. I feel you, this is for you. God's time is the best," read her post.
In another post she disclosed that getting pregnant as a teenager had really affected her and it took a lot of assurance from her partner to get over her fears.
Celina gave birth to her firstborn son who is 13 years old now while she was a teenager.
She disclosed that she has always been paranoid but she is ready for the experience once more.
"@phildirector thank you for your patience, I had no idea how being a teenage mum affected me. You gave me assurance that you would never leave us. You have held my hands all through, spoiled me silly, indeed I'm blessed. We thank God this is such an honour," she said.
