Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation on Monday arrested four officials of the Kerio Valley Development Authority linked to the Sh21 billion Kimwarer and Arror dams scandals.
They were arrested at KVDA offices in Eldoret.
Those arrested include Francis Kipkech, the acting Managing Director: Paul Onyango, Charity Muui and Patrick Kiptoo from the tendering committee.
They have been locked up at the Eldoret Central Police Station and are expected to be transferred to Nairobi for further investigation by the DCI.
