Tanzanian musician Harmonize has responded to a critic who claimed that his departure from WCB record label which propelled him to fame would lead to his downfall.
According to a screenshot shared by Mbagala TV on Monday, the fan under the username of 'halima.namas' opined that Harmonize has only one year in the limelight before he starts selling chapatis on the streets.
The fan went ahead to explain that the people who had convinced Harmonize to leave WCB were the same people who were fighting the record label's founder Diamond Platnumz. The fan further argued out that the main objective of such people was to weaken WCB.
"I believe you have one year in the limelight after which you will go to sell chapati. I believe those who are supporting you are from the second side, that is the second team which does not love Diamond and their objective is to weaken WCB so that that they can be on top, something whose result misled you brother trust me.
(Naamini una mwaka mmoja wa kutamba, baada ya hapo utaenda kuuza chapati. Wanaokusuport wote naamini wanatoka upande wa pili yaani team ya pili ambayo haimpendi Diamond na lengo lao ni kuilegeza WCB ili wawe juu kitu ambacho matokea yake kukupoteza wewe bro trust me)," the fan commented on one of Harmonize's Instagram posts.
Harmonize who rarely responds to online criticism came out to reply to the fan's comment where he stated that he prays for the critic to live long so as to witness more.
"Pray that God gives you life so that you can witness more (Muombe Mungu akupe uhai ili ujionee mengi inshallah)," Harmonize replied.
Harmonize who enjoys a huge fan base in Kenya recently left WCB record label. The Tanzanian artist has worked with top musicians in Kenya such as Willy Paul with whom he produced the song 'Pili Pili' which also went viral earning more than one million views.
