Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has once again asked ODM to apologise over the chaos witnessed during the recent Kibra by-election on Thursday last week.
A section of Jubilee Party members who were behind the party's candidate McDonald Mariga in the poll were roughed up.
Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale and Kimilili MP Didimus Barasa were stoned in Kibra's Laini Saba ward.
In response, Kuria said that no form of violence should be meted out on anyone regardless of the political affiliation.
"ODM Party has to apologise for the Kibra violence. No apology, no BBI. We have to say No to political violence once and for all. Imran would have won anyway so what was the need to beat up Jubilee MPs in front of women and children? A leopard does not change its stripes," Kuria maintained in a Facebook post on Sunday.
In the hotly contested race, ODM candidate Imran Benard Okoth won by garnering over 24 000 votes flooring Mariga who had slightly over 11000 votes.
Although Mariga conceded defeat, the election elicited mixed reactions after the violence was witnessed.
Deputy President William Ruto has also asked ODM to apologise to Kibra residents and the entire Jubilee Party.
