Kibera by-election parliamentary aspirants McDonald Mariga and Eliud Owalo set aside their political differences and freely mingled at Kasarani stadium on Monday evening.
The two had gone to watch a football match between Harambee Stars and Togo.
Mariga was seeking to clinch the Kibera parliamentary seat on a Jubilee ticket while Owalo was seeking to win the race on an ANC ticket.
However, they all lost to ODM's Imran Okoth who happens to be the brother of the late Kibera MP Ken Okoth who succumbed to cancer in July.
Imran emerged the winner with 24, 636 votes. Mariga came in second with 11, 230 votes while Owalo emerged position three with 5,275 votes.
Both Mariga and Owalo shared photos of them mingling at the Kasarani stadium as they awaited the kick-off between Harambee stars and Togo.
Here are some of the photos.
