Former Mukurweini Member of Parliament Kabando wa Kabando has said the problem with President Uhuru Kenyatta is the element of trying to use public relations in his leadership.
Speaking on Wednesday night during the Pointblank show on KTN, Kabando faulted the Head of State for not taking his detractors head on.
He held the view that the president had adopted tolerance towards his critics, a move that was making him appear less of a president.
"The problem with Uhuru is that he seems to want to do PR. You don’t insult me today and tomorrow I'm here laughing with you," the former legislator said.
Kabando, however, warned that the Head of State would show his true colours in the fullness of time.
President Kenyatta, who is serving his second and final term, has been seen to be rather meek in dealing with those defying his order on shunning politics and focusing on development.
Deputy President William Ruto, who has been accused by a section of politicians of engaging in politics has strongly rejected the claims.
Appearing in various interviews, and through his social media accounts, the DP has made it clear that his numerous visits across the country are meant to monitor development projects, and are not political in nature as his detractors have charged.
