According to Governor Jackson Mandago,  his administration is pushing towards creating the most conducive learning environment to its learners through the establishment of modern ECDE units.

"Our aim is to ensure that young children  grew quality and not quantity education by learning in a conducive environment," Mandago said.

Mandago who was speaking when he commissioned Growel Koitebes Primary ECDE unit in Kiplombe on Monday said his administration will employ more ECDE teachers.

He said it is in continued pursuit of not only increasing the number of units but also providing quality education to its children.

"So far we have employed more than 1,000  ECDE and sooner or later we will employ more teachers for our children to get quality education as their counterparts in private schools," added Mandago.

Mandago further noted that all the primary schools in the County will have an ECDE unit that is fully furnished with teaching and learning aids.

The Uasin Gishu Governor warned parents denying their children right to education noting that they will be arrested and charged.
