Popular Kenyan gospel singer Bahati has come out to plead with Kenyans to combine efforts so as to help Alex Apoko popularly known as Ringtone to get a wife. The singer accompanied the message with a section of Ringtone’s latest song called ‘Natafuta Bibi’.
“Please Kenyans when we come together we cannot fail to search for a wife for my brother Ringtone Apoko. Tag anybody you see is deserving (Please Kenyans Tukishikana Hauwezi Shindwa kutaftia My Brother @RingToneApoko WIFE... TAG MTU UNAONA ANAMFAA),” Bahati wrote on Instagram.
This comes two weeks after the controversial Ringtone announced through Instagram that Bahati had offered to help him in searching for a wife.
“@bahatikenya has an offer to introduce some God FEARING people to me👍👍👍AM NOT GIVIVIG UP (sic),” Ringtone announced on Instagram.
The ‘Tenda Wema’ singer has attracted a lot of controversy with his wife searching spree that has seen him land in trouble severally. During his mission to search for a God fearing partner, the gospel singer was arrested and chased away from Jubilee Christian Church (JCC).
A good number of Kenyan netizens have however been convinced that the singer was staging a publicity stunt for his song which was released early this week.
