Waiguru on Monday demanded Kaka pulls down the song from all social media platforms and apologise to her in writing within 48 hours or face legal suit.

She claims her reputation has suffered "grave, irreparable and permanent damage" after Kaka linked her to the National Youth Service (NYS) multi-billion scandal.

Miguna has now urged the artiste not to obey Waiguru's demands but dare her to file a case in court against him citing defamation.

"King Kaka should dare her to go ahead a sue him for defamation. That will be a wonderful platform to offload revolutionary weapons on the despots," he said.

The exiled lawyer said the Governor's case against Kaka would be a blessing in disguise since it would give the rapper a chance to expose Waiguru, who Miguna sensationally claims has acquired billions through dubious means.

"Waiguru's case against Kaka is a godsend. King Kaka must demand particulars of all employment Waiguru has had, all her earnings, tax returns, shares in companies owned directly or through proxies since high school. Let her account for all her ill-acquired billions," he said.

Miguna further asked Kaka to release another 'revolutionary' song and call out Waiguru, Uhuru and their 'Wanjinga surrogates'.
