Wajir Woman Representative Fatuma Gedi on Thursday listed four Members of Parliament who she wants to be arrested and charged over a fake sex tape.
Gedi holds that the fake sex tape damaged her reputation and now wants the four MPs who she accuses of being behind it top be arrested.
The four MPs include Isiolo Woman Representative Rehema Jaldesa, Kirinyaga Woman Representative Wangui Ngirici, Eldas MP Aden Keynan and Fafi MP Abdihakim Mohamed.
She, however, says that her quest for justice has hit a snag blaming Majority Leader in the National Assembly Aden Duale.
"Duale has been frustrating my efforts to get justice. He wants me reprimanded for defending myself…that is not leadership,” she said.
The Powers and Privileges Committee which is investigating the matter reprimanded Gedi for sharing information with the media about the case.
Speaker Justin Muturi recommended she be punished after being indicted of sharing a letter addressed to Parliament's Clerk with the media. The letter was from the DCI regarding the sex tape.
The recommendations of the committee were, however, rejected by Parliament.
