4 things you need to know about the Kenya constitution amendment bill.
A member of National assembly has proposed a bill to amend the Kenyan constitution which was promulgated in 2010.
Here are some of the crucial points every Kenyan should take note of.

The bill is fronted by Tiaty constituency member of parliament William Kamket.
Kamket is proposing a ceremonial head of state.
The bill is seeking to have a president who has less power.
The president should be 50 years and above and shall serve for a single term of seven years.

Instead, it proposes that every County have two senators; one male and one female.
