Your emotions really are all over the place
Ladies are very emotional when in their monthly periods. There are emotions are messed up and some could try to control it while others cant. The mood swing will come automatic and when they try shutting it down, it explodes later in a messier and emotional way.
Your face breaks out and you feel ugly
A woman will feel her whole body in pain, from her back, head, and even her face. She feels like her face is breaking and this makes her feel ugly all this time. She will always feel like taking a shower to ease the pain.
You have trouble sleeping
Cramps, racing thoughts, or whiplash emotions will always be her experience. Such will never give her peace to keep her head down to sleep. When she tries sleeping, her painful cramps keep on hurting her.
