Speaking during the commissioning of a road in Kipkelion West, Kericho County, Ruto reiterated President Kenyatta’s call for unity.

He said that there is no time for the politics of division, adding that rebels have no room in the party. He told them to find another political outfit where they can continue with propaganda.

“With propagandists that were meddling into the affairs of Jubilee saying Jubilee is divided, Jubilee has a problem. Let us go and start another party. Now they have the right directive from the party leader that Jubilee is united,” he said.

During the meeting, Uhuru asked the leaders from the region to back the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report once it is made public.

Uhuru also said that he is ready to assume the post of the Prime Minister is asked to do so. He also dismissed claims that he is planning to form an alliance with ODM Leader Raila Odinga.
