In a tweet on Sunday, Miguna said that different candidates from various communities will throw their hats in the ring to ensure that the winner doesn’t garner 50 per cent plus one.

Miguna said that Interior Cabinet Secretary Matiangi, Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua, Prof Makau Mutua,  his Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho, Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya Leader Moses Wetangula are among the leaders who could be in the race to State House.

“Spotlight on 2022. Despotic piglets like @FredMatiangi, @DrAlfredMutua, @makaumutua, @MusaliaMudavadi, @Wetangulam, @HassanAliJoho, etc will "vie" for the presidency to LOCK UP their tribes then "support" Despot Uhuru and Raila to pave way for the worst civil war in Kenya in 2022,” he tweeted.

Miguna has been criticising President Uhuru Kenyatta and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Amolo Odinga following their handshake.

Miguna affirmed that the Jubilee government has not performed as per the expectations of Kenyans.

He noted that handshake between Uhuru and Raila has not changed the lives of the taxpayers since it took place. He has been urging Kenyans to resist Jubilee's leadership.
