Popular radio presenter Njuguna Gicheha popularly known as Man Nyari has been rehired by Kameme FM few days after the station fired him.
Man Nyari was among at least 160 Mediamax Network Limited employees who received dismissal letters on Wednesday, October 30.
However, the company's audience was not happy with the dismissal, with some taking to social media to express their disappointments after it emerged that one of their favourite presenter, Man Nyari, was among the affected.
Taking to his Facebook page on Wednesday, he told his fans that he would soon join them as he has been rehired.
"The work we did was a living sacrifice before the throne of God.Thank you mediamax for giving me another chance to serve the voiceless and the down trodden.. Giving hope to the hopeless.May God help me to serve His people in this great calling with humility for His gloryGod bless Kenya, God bless Mediamax, God bless Njanjo, God bless Man Nyari," read the presenter's post in part.
