Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has lashed out at DP Ruto on issues of obeying court orders. For a while now Migiuna has bashed the government for what he claims id deliberate disobedience of court orders.
In a recent tweet on Monday , Miguna urges the deputy president not to attack the chief justice David Maraga. In the tweet, Miguna urges the deputy president to make a unique decision whether to support the rule of law, the obedience of court orders or not and that he should stop pointing fingers at the police of Kenya.
"To William Ruto: Make a decision whether you support the Rule of Law and the Obedience of all Court Orders or you don't. Stop blaming CJ @dkmaraga. Maraga does not head the @PoliceKE. The person DISOBEYING Court Orders is your "boss" Despot Uhuru Kenyatta. Address him DIRECTLY."
This follows after the drama over the weekend when the Gatundu South legislator Moses Kuria was arrested and his bail application was denied and delayed where Kuria was forced to stay at the station longer than he anticipated.
Actions that angered most of the legislators allied to DP Ruto who claim that BBI intention is to create positions for few people come 2022. The legislators including Ndindi Nyoro have come out to condemn Kuria's arrest with disappointment that the same people they fought for in 2017 elections are now the ones persecuting them.
The deputy president urged the BBI campaigners not to use public funds at their own expense blindfolding netizens of their intentions.
