Speaking on Sunday during an interview on KTN, Mokua said most Kenyans are unlikely to read the report, since most are already discouraged by its underwhelming proposals.

"Looking at the contents, I found it to be very underwhelming and I suspect its the reason why a majority of Kenyans are not going to be reading it, which again is going to be a tragedy," he said on KTN's Inside Politics.

He also pointed out that carelessness in the preparation of the document could be a turn off to some Kenyans.

According to the analyst, typos and grammar challenges will see Kenyans shun the document, resulting in them making uninformed decisions.

"If you look at the report very well, you will see there is some grammar challenge, there are a bit of typos but you can forgive them for that," he added.

Proposals in the document include formation of the official position of the Prime Minister, immediate stepping down of state officers named in graft, and creation of office of Opposition Leader.
