The leaders, who spoke at a fundraiser for a church in Migori, said that the remarks of the lawmaker in defense of Deputy President William Ruto are likely to cost this nation dearly.

The politicians want action taken against the lawmaker with immediate effect after he asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to resign.

He also divulged that the relationship between Uhuru and Ruto is fake. He made remarks after Uhuru named Labour CS Ukur Yattani as acting CS in Treasury.

“Apparently, the relationship between the president and his deputy is like of a man and a woman who are married but sleeping in different houses and indication that the union is over. Kenyans should not be cheated to believe they are still in good terms,” claimed Sudi, as quoted by Standard.

Caleb Hamisi of Saboti asked Interior Cabinet Secretary  Fred Matiangi to take note of the lawmaker's remarks failure to which they will seek an alternative.

"When we were demonstrating in 2007, Dr Matiangi unsealed his men on us. I am sure the tear gas canisters are still in stock because I know you soon need to use them on Sudi and his clique," said Hamisi, as quoted by Standard.

His remarks were echoed by Mombasa women Representative  Mishi Mboko who said that the detectives should find out the motive of the legislator.

Other leaders who attacked Sudi are Migori Senator  Ochillo Ayacko, ODM Chairman  John Mbadi, Suba North MP, Millie Odhiambo, Suna South MP Junet Mohamed, Nyatike MP Tom Odege, Suna West MP Peter Masara, Homa Bay Women Representative Gladys Wanga, her  Migori and Kisii counterparts Pamella  Odhiambo and Janet Ongera
