NRG Radio presenter Tanasha Donna's fame in Tanzania has grown rapidly since she started dating singer Diamond Platnumz.
Tanasha's fame in Tanzania's entertainment industry has grown very fast courtesy of her Mr right, Diamond Platnumz. She is now enjoying a similar reception like the 'Kanyaga' hit maker himself.
She was on Tuesday given a warm welcome during pre-party of Wasafi Festival 2019 that was held in Dodoma, Tanzania.
During the pre-party, Wasafi crew led by their president, Diamond Platnumz was preparing for a big show which was to happen on Wednesday night by singing to a limited audience to clear their throats.
They would step on stage one after the other with drinks in their hand to give a little bit of their songs. Diamond then stepped on stage with a bottle of Belaire Beer, performed his hit song 'Kanyaga' before he welcomed Tanasha on stage.
Before then, the crowd was shouting Tanasha's name which forced Diamond to call her on stage.
Tanasha walked on stage with full security where she was being escorted by at least four bodyguards, all in black suits.
The audience could not hold on their happiness seeing expectant Tanasha step on stage, they were all on their feet, shouting 'wifi wifi wifi" which loosely translates to an in-law.
She then expressed her happiness for the warm welcome.
"Hi, am happy to be in Dodoma. (Dodoma mambo vipi, nimefurahi sana kuwa hapa leo)...thank you so much for having me here," Tanasha said.
