ODM leader Raila Odinga has insisted that embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna is free to come back to the country.
However, he said Miguna should stop his noise on social media if he wants to get back in the country.
He said that he doesn't fear Miguna as speculated by the lawyer stating that Miguna is a "small person".
"There is no one who is against Miguna's return to Kenya. Miguna should be allowed into the country right? However he must stop heckling and barking on social media," said Raila.
"He claims I fear him , I don't! He says President Kenyatta fears him. The head of state doesn't fear anyone. Miguna is such a small person. He should board a plane and return to Kenya," he added.
Raila spoke in Kisii on Friday during the BBI strategy meeting that brought together several governors from the country.
Raila's remarks come just two days after Miguna's attempts to return to the country were frustrated at a German airport.
Miguna was blocked from boarding Air France and Lufthansa Airlines after the government of Kenya issued a red alert.
Miguna has now moved to court to fight for his return to the country stating that the orders issued by courts are in his favour.
