The Bomet Judge Martin Muya has been found after disappearing on Monday.

Mr Muya's wife revealed that her calls to his cell phone went unanswered. At 4:30am on Tuesday, Mr Muya was still away. 

The wife then reported him missing. 

“She last contacted her husband namely Martin Muya on phone yesterday (Monday) at around 22.00,” reads the police report as qouted by Citizen Digital. 

Haurellia Mbulwa, 56 years old revealed to the police that her husband had told her that he was on the way home. 

She then claimed that he might have been carjacked after he failed to arrive home.

According to Muya's son, who was monitoring his father car through a tracking system, noted that the car was moving from one position to another in suspicion ways. 

“The vehicle was circulated and last spotted at Kileleshwa area where by police shot at the right tyre and deflated it which forced the vehicle to stop. On board was only the husband who was very drunk” adds the police report as quoted by Citizen Digital. 

The police said that Mr Muya was alone in the car when it stopped moving. The deflated car was then towed to Kilimani Police Station.

The Bomet Judge Martin Muya then pointed out that he had not been carjacked.
