Canadian-based Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna has said that President Uhuru Kenyatta has choreographed an attack on the judiciary by sponsoring posters all over Nairobi.
Miguna questioned when President Kenyatta will check into Kamiti after being indicted for allegedly looting Sh7 trillion from the public, as from 2013.
"Uhuru Kenyatta has choreographed an attack on the Judiciary by sponsoring posters all over Nairobi. The former auditor general, Edward Ouko, INDICTED Uhuru Kenyatta for looting Sh7 trillion public money since 2013. When is he checking in at Kamiti?" Miguna posed.
The former Nairobi governor aspirant also questioned why the Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru, is being protected yet she allegedly looted Sh5 billion.
"Okemo and Gichuru were convicted and sentenced by a Jersey Court more than 10 years ago for stealing billions of public funds. @AnneWaiguru whom Uhuru and @RailaOdinga auditions with looted Sh5 Billion - more than the judiciary budget. Why is Uhuru protecting them?" Miguna wrote on his Twitter handle.
Miguna accused President Kenyatta of refusing to swear Justice George Odunga as a Court of Appeal Judge because of convicting the Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i.
"After the incorruptible Justice Odunga convicted and sentenced @FredMatiangi who also stole Sh2.5B from Ruaraka land. Instead of jailing criminals in his cabinet, Uhuru Kenyatta revisited Odunga by refusing to swear him in as a Court of Appeal Judge," Miguna added.
