In an interview on Tuesday, the youthful lawmaker termed the powerful PS as the man behind his Monday arrest and alleged plans to make life hell for him.

However, he denied blaming President Uhuru Kenyatta for his woes, being part of the team that Uhuru recently warned of punitive measures for allegedly insulting him.

Nyoro said that while Uhuru might not even be aware that some of his junior officers are harassing other people on the ground, he has proof that Kibicho is the responsible man.

"The president might not be aware of what is going on but I know its Kibicho," said that MP who narrated conversations between his arresting officers and the CS on Monday.

The MP made the remarks on Citizen TV, where he claimed that after his arrest, he could hear Kibicho giving the officers with whom he was in a police Subaru orders.

However, the MP said that he will not be raising the allegations to the police, terming it useless to report the man in charge of the police to his juniors.

"I know the PS is their boss so who will I report to? If I go to his bosses I will be sent back to the police," he lamented.

Kibicho is not new to such and was only months ago accused of convening meetings, allegedly with the intention of assassination Deputy President William Ruto, who Nyoro supports.
