Kenyan singer Esther Akoth Kokeyo alias Akothee has asked one local media house to pull down a publication they had run on their digital platform and claimed she had attacked media personality, Tanasha Donna.
Taking it to social media this Monday, Akothee demanded an apology from SDE for their story where they had alleged the mother of five had attacked Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz's latest baby mama, Tanasha, for editing her photos to look curvy.
"I Esther Akoth Kokeyo THE PRESIDENT OF SINGLE MOTHERS DEMAND FOR AN APOLOGY FROM YOU TO ME ON THAT SAME PAGE YOU PUBLISHED THIS RUBBISH, PULL THE SAME RUBBISH DOWN BEFORE I COME TO YOUR OFFICE BECAUSE I KNOW WHERE IT IS. WHOEVER WROTE THIS ARTICLE," read Akothee's post in part.
Akothee went further and warned that she will not allow any media house from using her name and brand for their own gain. She went ahead and threatened to sue them for misusing her name for publicity gain.
According to the singer, what she posts on social media is for her fans, and in most cases, she refers to her own life and not other women.
"Just get ready to part with money! you will not and never drag my name again onto the soil of fighting with people I have met or seen on social media. Everyone has freedom of speech & how they live their lives, on my page, I Express my mind and most of the time I am talking to myself & my fans! WAJINGA NYINYI," she added.
