Mariam Kighenda and her four-year-old daughter Amanda Mutheu died after their Toyota Isis car slid off MV Harambee at the Likoni ferry channel on September 29 and plunged into the Indian Ocean.
However, Mariam Kighenda was full of life and loved enjoying fherself according to a video that has surfaced showing her partying with female friends.

The recovery of their bodies took 13 days and forced government to seek assistance from South African divers.
Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho paid the private divers who helped Kenyan entities locate the vehicle.
Meanwhile, the company that had insured her vehicle has already paid the widower, John Wambua.
“We are here to condole with the family of Mr Wambua and also hand over the cheque of the insurance claim he had made,” said Ms Shah when she visited Wambua’s house in Tudor, as quoted by the Daily Nation.
They will be laid to rest in Mung’ala village, Makueni County.
