Addressing residents of Tabaka in his constituency on Sunday, Osoro said no one will kick him out of the KNC party through which he was elected in the 2017 general elections.

"The stories being written on newspapers that I will be kicked out of the party are untrue. I know rivals will enjoy reading the newspapers but I want to tell the people of South Mugirango more particularly my supporters to ignore the stories and support me to develop pour constituency," he stated.

"I'm not going to be scared or be derailed from discharging my duties as MP. The people of South Mugirango elected me not because of the party I was vying on but it is because of the development ideas I sold to them," he added.

A letter seen by Hivisasa indicated that KNC had already written to the office of Registrar of Political Parties seeking the MP's deregistration.

The party, in the letter dated August 30, accuses Osoro of refusing to comply with the party rules and regulations, among them failure to pay his subscriptions.
