The Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) task force led by their Chairman Senator Yusuf Haji asked Kenyans to exercise patience as they work to avail the report to them.
In a tweet on Tuesday, the task force noted that some fake news is already circulating concerning the report.
''We hope that Kenyans will be patient as we load the real BBI report for release. Please doubt the flood of fake reports circulating. We understand the demand to see it and look forward to the national conversation it will spark. Beware fakes!'' said the task force.
The task force presented the report to President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga, who are the brains behind the initiative, on Tuesday at State House.
It noted that it will avail the report to other Kenyans on Wednesday. Kenyans were asked to read it before making a decision.
The BBI task force comprised of 14 members, chaired by Garissa Senator Mohamed Yusuf Haji. Adams Oloo was chosen as his deputy while Lawyer Paul Mwangi and Amb Martin Kimani acted as joint secretaries of the task force.
It was tasked with collecting views from Kenyans on various issues including the referendum.
Leaders and Kenyans have already had various opinions on the report even before reading it.
