On Tuesday, The Star reported that there is an ongoing property tussle between Raila's wife Ida Odinga and her daughter-in-law Lwam Bekele, the late Fidel Odinga's widow.

The paper claimed that Ida is in the process of trying to prevent Ms Bekele from administering Fidel's estate, resulting in a mockery message from Miguna, later the same day.

In a post, he suggested that the great Odinga family is heading for sinking, and needs to be salvaged, further throwing his weight behind Ms Bekele, advising widows to be on the alert.

"The Titanic is sinking, Where is the Kenya Navy? Stop dredging! Call the Olympian wife inheritors Otiende and Junet. Widows of Kenya, unite! You have nothing to lose but your properties," he wrote on Facebook.

He called for the stop of the Anyang Nyongo disease, in reference to the Kisumu governor who is also locked in an inheritance row with his nephews.

"Get rid of the Anyang' Nyong'o disease!" he added.

Miguna has not been in good terms with Raila and his aloes since his deportation to Canada in February last year, only days after participating in Raila's mock presidential swearing in.

He has accused Raila of doing nothing to have the government allow him back.
