Controversial blogger Robert Alai has called for the arrest of Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria.
According to Alai, Kuria is using the death of election official Chris Msando to play politics.
Alai said that Kuria should be apprehended and held accountable for his utterances.
The blogger said that if Kuria knew who murdered Msando, he should share the information publicly.
"Moses Kuria must not be allowed to play politics with the death of Chris Msando. He can’t solve his political problems with blackmail using Chris Msando’s name. DCI must arrest Moses Kuria and hold him to task on this," he said.
He said that the late Msando was someone's son and brother and his family was still going through the grief.
He said the lawmaker should not attempt to solve his political problems by using Msando's death.
"If Moses Kuria has anything to help arrest those who killed my friend Chris Msando, he must publicly share the information or just keep quiet. Msando is the son, father, brother, uncle, and friend to many. They are suffering and Kuria shouldn’t play with their grief, " read Alai's post.
On Saturday, Moses Kuria on his Facebook account said that he was tired of being connected to the murder of Msando.
He said that on Monday he would address the media on the issue.
"I am sick and tired of people connecting me to the murder of Chris Msando. I will address the media on Monday 20th January 2020 at 3 pm about this whole issue," read his post.
