3. Not sleeping enough
Sleep is very essential to the human body as it relaxes the mind and body. Your heart also needs to rest well because it has been working all day. It is advisable to get eight hours of sleep every night.
4. Sitting all day
It is not healthy for you to sit for more than five hours continuously. In as much as you may be exercising every morning, it is important to move around during the day to avoid the risk of getting a heart attack.
