In his latest complaint, Sosion who has not been in good terms with the commission is accusing its leadership of secretly planning activities with the new Knut officials after his ouster.

Sossion who was kicked out two weeks ago and later reinstated by the court is against an alleged planned meeting between TSC and the new Knut officials.

Through his lawyers Guserwa and Company Advocates, he has written to the TSC, arguing that the ongoing activities between the two sides are going against the required protocol.

“Our instructions in the matter is to put your office on notice to stop and/or refrain from such conduct without following the laid down procedure for sound and legal industrial relations with our client’s union while observing the protocol required,” the law firm said in a letter dated September 12.

It further warns that should the plans proceed despite the caution, then the law firm will file a case in court on behalf of its client, Sossion.

“In the event that this is not done, we have instructions to move to court to challenge and nullify the resolutions and the decisions made or arrived at in the said meetings," it reads.

Sosion has been accusing TSC of inciting his critics against him but has insisted that he is not planning to lead Knut any time soon.
