However, some of us only focus on the flavors and end up settling on funny choices which make them to experience digestive problems such as bloating, heartburn and upset stomach after consuming  them.

1. Alcohol and nuts

Taking a bottle of alcohol together with nuts can affect your digestion. These two deplete the water in your body and can result to critical dehydration

2. Banana and milk

Your digestion will be ruined when you consume these two at the same time. This is because banana is easily and quickly digested but milk will ferment hence its digestion takes sometime. 

This means that a lot of extra acidity will be added in your stomach which can result to ulcers or slowed digestion and hence constipation.

3. Tomatoes and cucumbers

These are some of the ingredients of most salads. Consuming these two affects biochemical pathways in your body causing excessive calcination, bloating, nausea as well as slowing digestion since it keeps you from digesting the vitamins in the vegetables properly. It's good to take these two vegetables separately.
