Citizen TV presenter Willis Raburu's wife, Mary Prude, has this Wednesday denounced her ties with God. Mary has been a staunch believer and on several occasions have been seen together with her husband Willis at Kiuna's church Jubilee Christian Church where they attend services every Sundays.
Taking it to social media, precisely on Instagram Stories, Mary said denounced God saying he had let her down after He failed to stop the death of her daughter.
According to her, there is no need for her to know God further after He failed her.
"So as they say you should know God for yourself, I can now say, I don't know Him. And I don't think I want to know Him because He left me when I needed Him most," she wrote on her Instagram.
Raburu last week revealed he was taking a break from his job to join up with his wife during this hard time.
The couple's daughter passed on at birth.
"Over the past few days, my heart has been shattered and torn into several pieces. The pain I have felt has been immeasurable and one that words fail to aptly capture. It has left me with several questions and literally reset my outlook on life. I may not be able to share the full extent of it all but I cannot bear it alone. I am therefore going to be taking a short break from work and my duties on @1010fanpage @citizentvkenya @hothappyhour and @hot96fmkenya to allow for my wife and I to get through the motions.," read Raburu's post in part.
