Human rights activist Boniface Mwangi has blasted Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi over a client he represented in a land grabbing case.
In a tweet on Wednesday morning, Mwangi noted that the court has allowed them to reclaim Racecourse Primary School land which had allegedly been grabbed by the city lawyer's client.
''Ahmednasir is the lawyer to a landgrabber who had stolen part of Racecourse Primary School. The grabber even attempted to bribe @EACCKenya. We finally got the title, today we demolish the structures he had built in the school illegally. In July he used cops & goons to stop us,'' tweeted Mwangi.
However, Mwangi's attacks on Ahmednasir didn't go unanswered the lawyer accusing him of extortion.
''Boniface usual/endless extortion schemes to raise money. Yes, my law firm represented a party. We advised the client to give up the land to the school. He gave up years ago. The case was settled in court. A consent was filed. Stop your lies that you are evicting...no dispute exists,'' Ahmednassir hit back.
In 2017, the activist went all out on the lawyer over the same issue.
