2) Attention seeking boss-If a supervisor seeks for admiration in every aspect of his/her work, while overlooking the essence of working towards realizing the vision of the organization or institution,then one needs to be aware that the job environment is turning toxic.

3) Rumour mongering boss-Confidentiality of employees details in an organization is very essential. 

Every manager is required to protect the important personal details of his staff regarded as confidential. Disclosing them implies that the faith bestowed on a leader by their subjects is lost. 

4) A manager who deviates from the norms-If a boss preaches water and drinks wine,then be sure to know that he/she is not worth leading.

Bad behaviors such as outrageous sexual advances for favours and threatening employees of dismissal because of refusing to cooperate in engaging in an illegitimate actions are typical examples exhibited by a toxic boss.
