Speaking to members of the press outside Chiromo mortuary, Oduor said an existing court order barring the release of investigative details to the public, was the reason why he would not make the results public.

His only revelation was that there were so many findings made on the body and stopped at that.

"We have been here since morning, and now were are through. We were three pathologists...We had so many findings on the body details of which we are unable to release right now, as we are all aware there are details and there is an existing court order which bars us from talking about details of the case," the government pathologist said.

The finer details of the postmortem results will be shared in a court of law where a murder case is ongoing.

Sarah Wairimu, wife to the late Cohen, is the chief suspect in the murder case that has gripped the Kenyan public and triggered a national discourse on marriages and love.

The parties in the murder case agreed to give Cohen a befitting send-off which will be conducted in strict accordance to Jewish customs.
