West Mugirango MP Vincent Kemosi has said that MPs from the Gusii region are united, adding that no one will succeed in breaking their unity.
Speaking on Sunday while addressing Bonchari residents at Itibo, Rianyabaro in Bogiakumu Ward, the lawmaker argued that the MPs in the region have been walking together, a clear indication of their unity.
"We are united than before and therefore whoever thinks they can use propaganda to divide us (MPs) is daydreaming. The people of Nyamira and Kisii must know the truth that we MPs are united pushing for one agenda, which is development," said the MP.
Kemosi who was elected on a Ford Kenya Party ticket during the August 8, 2017 polls appealed to elected MPs to ignore political losers who are out to spread propaganda.
The MP argued that lawmakers should work with every leader irrespective of their political affiliations, adding that for development to be realised, they should avoid politics based on political parties.
The legislator insisted that the MPs will continue walking together and attending fund drives with the sole purpose of helping churches and schools to improve their infrastructure.
"I urge those who feel itched about our unity to form their own group and push for their selfish agenda as for us we are focused on development," he added.
