2. Low output power sources
The source of power also matters. For instance, most people like charging their phones on the laptop via USB cable. This can be very slow because most USB ports provide a maximum of a half an ampere of current compared to most adapters which provide one or more amperes.
If you need it to charge so faster, make sure your charger is plugged into a socket or extension with the recommended power rating.
3. A faulty charging cable
Apparently, your cable might be in bad condition or worn out, bent, twisted or coiled. This is the reason why it not charging your smartphone as required. Try to replace another effective and favourable cable.
