Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Centonomy Ltd, Waithaka Gatumia, has said becoming wealth is all about your mindset and not what you are making at each and every month.

He said he has been training individuals who take home over Sh1,000,000 every month but their lives are still full of debts.

Speaking on Citizen TV's Day Break show this Thursday morning, the experienced CEO and financial adviser said journey towards wealth creation is by following the right channel, which is non-other than 'right mindset'

You might be earning as little as Sh15,000 a month but become who you want to be as per your mindset.

"People wonder why we spend much talking about mindset, it is because the mathematics of wealth creation is simple but you need to have the right mindset for it," he said.

Mr Gatumia went further and said, losing hope in life, and in what you believe in after struggles mean you will remain in the same state for years.

He said as far people might not have equal education level nor equal opportunities in life, they all have equal time, 24 hours a day, simply meaning they can all compete if the mindset is right, and it is not all about what you are earning.

"We have trained people earning over Sh1000,000 who are still struggling in debts," he added.

He concluded one needs to believe he or she can get out of his or her current financial status.
