The Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will be in charge of the elections.

The candidates have already begun carrying out their campaigns mainly on social media.

Wambua has advised the contestants to adhere to the LSK code of conduct.

The legal body has already published a final list of the contestants for the position of the LSK president, the council and the branch representatives.

The following candidates have been cleared to vie for the position of the LSK President; Nelson Havi, Charles Kanjama, Maria Mbeneka, and Harriet Chigai.
