In an interview on NTV’s Sidebar on  Tuesday, Sifuna challenged Bumula MP Mwambu Mabonga to ask Deputy President William Ruto to tell Kenyans where the 1 million jobs they promised the youth are.

He retorted that the second in command has now turned to underhand tactics to make him appear a good leader when he has failed to deliver on his promises.

He argued that the problem of job creation has continued to affect millions of youth in the country and the government has remained adamant in listening to their plight.

He also challenged the Deputy President to outline any other projects that the Jubilee regime has established since it took over the leadership of this nation.

“What Mwambu should be telling the Deputy President when they meet is to him where are these 1 million jobs you promised to create for the youth before you were elected, where are they?” he posed.

He also questioned why leaders allied to Ruto and President Uhuru Kenyatta continue to engage in sideshows when they agreed to back the handshake.

“We have heeded the call of our captain to cease fire at Jubilee. Just because we’ve put down our weapons doesn’t mean we don’t know how to use them,” he said.
